Preparations undertaken by John ‘the Greek’ Painting expert teams prior to painting exteriors include: pressure cleaning exterior surfaces to obtain a sound substrate and to remove all loose contamination, salt deposits and mildew; application of mildew remover if necessary; scraping off of all loose or peeling paint; patching, caulking and making other necessary repairs to stucco, wood, concrete and metal surfaces; and sealing or priming areas to be painted. We also ensure that enough coats of paint or other finishing material is applied in order to achieve a cosmetically appealing finish, which can also withstand Florida conditions for many years.
