A. John The Greek Painting is a family owned and operated company since day one back in 1977. It is managed by John Argiropoulos and his son Kirk.

A. We have been in business since 1977. In this time we have conducted business in South Florida with hundreds of satisfied residential and commercial customers to boast.

A. Yes, we focus our business on South Florida and serve the counties of Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade. We are centrally located in Oakland Park, FL.

A. Yes, we provide free estimates for all commercial & residential projects, as well as a free initial consultation for the work you need performed. No obligation unless you sign a contract.

Q. Can I get an estimate over the phone?

A. It is difficult to do this because each project is different. Please note that we are willing to give you a free estimate and will travel to meet with you at your convenience.

Q. How do you estimate the price and project timeline?

A. We meet with you at the site of project and listen to what you want to achieve. We then measure the areas to be prepped & painted and calculate in the materials & degree of difficulty based on our experience. We then submit a formal proposal to you stipulating the scope of work and materials to be used.

Q. Do you sub-contract any of your work?
|
|
A. We do NOT sub-contract any part of your painting project. Contractors that sub-contract are not accountable for the people that they hire to do your work. We stand by every job/project that we do, and all our work is personally supervised by the owner or his son.

Q. What kind of paint and materials does JTGP use?
|
|
A. We only use the top line materials from the major Paint Companies, including: Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, Glidden, Color Wheel, Behr & MAB Paints.

Q. What guaranty do you provide for painting home exteriors?
|
|
A. We provide a five to seven year guaranty against any Blistering or Peeling to all Stucco/Masonry surfaces, depending on the condition and age of the building, or other conditions.

A. We do not take on more projects than we can handle just to get the jobs. That way we ensure personalized attention to each job. If need, we will schedule some jobs out in the future when really busy.

Q. Does JTGP Pressure Clean Roofs?

A. Yes we can pressure clean: roofs, pavers, pool decks, wooded decks and walkways. We use our own industrial pressure cleaners to clean off any of your dirty surfaces.

Q. Does your company do Electrostatic Painting?
|
|
A. Yes, we can handle any electrostatic painting project. We own a state of the art electrostatic machine and do our own application.

Q. How is my personal information sent to JTGP protected?

A. All information you send us in your contact form or other, is protected in our secure database and only used in our dealings with you our customer. We do not sell or share any customer information with any other party whatsoever!

A. Yes. We try and do this as efficiently and non-intrusively as possible so as not to bother our customers unecessarily. If we have your email address on file we will send out offers to you from time to time.
