Dear John,
Thank you for painting our buildings. You and your crew did a great job and certainly made our project easy.

As you may know, our 14 Unit Town home Association had been considering painting our buildings for some time. Getting consensus amongst ourselves including color choices was not easy task. Additionally there was much discussion about how the painters would access the various elevations of our buildings as they are difficult to get to. This included a congested drive area, heavy foliage and neighbors. Your paint crew was able to negotiate each of these challenges very well.

During the course of the five week project I was not bothered by a single complaint from any of the owners. In fact all I heard was positive comments. Juan and his crew were very courteous and were happy to comply with any request we made.

Additionally, as you know I have been in the construction industry my entire professional career. One of the biggest challenges is the expectation that subcontractors show up for work each day, on time. I am very pleased to tell you that your crew was on our jobsite, every morning at 8:00am sharp and worked diligently all day. The jobsite was cleaned each day and never once was there debris of any sort left for us to clean-up.

Lastly, the punch-out process was very minimal and you handled the various items neatly and quickly.

I would hire John the Greek painting again and am happy to recommend your company to any owners.
