Where Quality Meets Expectation

Palm Beach County properties demand more than standard painting services. They require craftsmen who understand that every detail matters. Who know that "close enough" isn't acceptable when the property represents decades of investment and pride.

From the oceanfront estates of Jupiter to the golf course homes of Boca Raton, from high-rise luxury in West Palm Beach to gated communities in Wellington—we've earned the trust of Palm Beach County's most demanding clients.

Our crews arrive on time, work efficiently, and leave the property cleaner than we found it. We use drop cloths on every surface. We hand-cut edges instead of relying on tape. We inspect our work before you do. That's not extra service—it's the standard when your name has been on the truck for 49 years.

Where the Approval Process Is Half the Job

Palm Beach County has the highest concentration of architectural review boards, country-club communities, and historic districts in South Florida. In Wellington, Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens, and the Town of Palm Beach itself, the color you can use is frequently not the color you'd choose — it's the one already approved, and getting a variance means submitting to a committee that meets on its own schedule.

So we plan for that. We work from approved community palettes, prepare submittals with the color specifications and product data boards ask for, and build the review timeline into the project schedule instead of discovering it after mobilization. For estate and oceanfront properties, we also handle the specification side: salt-exposed elevations along the barrier island need substrates properly neutralized and marine-grade primers, while inland communities in Wellington or Royal Palm Beach need UV and moisture performance far more than salt resistance.

Forty-nine years of doing this in South Florida means we know which questions a Palm Beach County board will ask before they ask them.

Palm Beach County Painting Questions

Do you work with Palm Beach County HOAs and architectural review boards?

Yes, and it's routine for us here. We paint from approved community color palettes and prepare the color specifications and product data that architectural review committees typically request. Because review boards often meet monthly, we build that approval window into the schedule up front rather than treating it as a surprise. If you need a proposal formatted for a board vote, we can prepare that.

Do you serve Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, and Boca Raton?

Yes. We cover Palm Beach County broadly, including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Royal Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Greenacres, Riviera Beach, and Juno Beach. Both residential and commercial work. If your community isn't listed, call (954) 563-4325 and we'll confirm.

How often should an oceanfront home be repainted?

Oceanfront and barrier-island properties in Palm Beach County generally need exterior repainting every 4 to 5 years, noticeably sooner than inland homes, which often go 6 to 8. Constant salt spray degrades the coating and contaminates the substrate underneath it. The ocean-facing elevations almost always fail first, so it's common to recoat those on a shorter cycle than the rest of the house.

What kind of paint holds up best on coastal Palm Beach properties?

Product choice matters less than what goes underneath it. Salt-contaminated surfaces have to be properly washed and neutralized first, or even a premium coating will lift within a few seasons. From there we specify marine-grade primers on salt-exposed elevations, UV-resistant topcoats to slow fading and chalking on south and west walls, and elastomeric coatings where hairline stucco cracking needs to be bridged. We match the specification to the exposure of each elevation rather than using one product everywhere.

How long does a full exterior repaint take?

For a typical single-family home, plan on roughly one to two weeks depending on size, story count, and how much surface repair is needed before coating. Estate properties and multi-building communities take longer and are usually phased. Weather and, in HOA communities, the board approval window are the two factors most likely to shift the timeline — we'll give you a realistic schedule in writing with the estimate rather than an optimistic one.
